Morris and Myra Jeffers talk about living in a park

home. Morris, 78, and Myra, 82, gave up the urban

life in 1995 and moved from their bricks-and-mortar

home in Essex to a mobile home park.

The couple have a passion for travel, and spend a few months each year in warmer climes. Read the full story here.

Park Home Insulation Grants - Under Review by the Government

Following a call for evidence on energy issues affecting park homes from July to September 2014 the government are now in the review process.

This came as a request from a liberal democrat MP who had raised concerns that the government grants to improve energy efficiency didn’t really apply to residents of park homes.

The Government then called upon park home residents to provide them with evidence of the problems they face to enable them to develop better policies to help those living in a park home. Get up to date here.

Matt and Henry are very pleased to announce the resurfacing of the main entranceway to both Fairfield and Fairholme Parks (School Lane) Is now complete. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We would proudly like to announce the arrival of a new show home located at Fairholme Park.

A Stately Albion 44 x 12, two double bedroom, Tredegar Contemporary will be available to view mid-April. With lots of extra features such as vaulted ceilings, integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine and a 900mm quadrant shower.

New Friends - February 2019

We welcomed Josie and Dave from Clipstone to Fairhome Park in February 2019 after seeing a home they loved on our website.

Welcome Home - November 2018

Steve and Marcia are one of the latest couples to join us at Fairholme Park. They moved into a 45 x 12 Stately Albion Tredegar Contemporary directly from their bungalow in the Village of Ollerton and are embracing park home living.

Great People - July 2018

Pat and Eric downsized from their home in Derbyshire to move into a bespoke 42 x 20 new Goodwood home from Stately Albion with 2 bedrooms and a study on Fairfield Park.

Warm Welcome - May 2018

Steve and Sue first ordered their Stately Albion 42 x 20 Badminton Special following a recommendation from Steve’s sister in law Jenny. It was great to see them make the move into their new home in May 2018.

Happy Retirement - February 2018

We are excited to welcome Phil and Annie to Fairholme Park.

After downsizing from their home in Okehampton they are now happily enjoying retirement.

Welcome Liz - January 2018

We welcomed Liz into a Home Seeker park home along with her little dog Ruby in January 2018 after downsizing from her house in Mansfield.

Merry Christmas - December 2017

Brian and Jill moved into their new 48 x 20 stately Albion Balmoral in late December 2017 just in time to spend the festive period in their lovely park home.

Back from the USA - November 2017

John and Margaret returned to England after several years in the USA and Bulgaria to move into their new 42 x 20 stately Albion badminton special in November 2017.

Welcome from Wellow - August 2017

Jenny moved onto Fairfield Park after sadly losing her husband, she decided to release equity from her bungalow just up the road in wellow and has never regretted the move since August 2017.     

A Great Couple - July 2017

We welcomed David and Kathleen onto Fairfield Park in the summer of 2017. They moved into a new bespoke 43 x 20 stately Albion Tredegar contemporary especially adapted for wheelchair use.

Fantastic news for all our residents on Fairholme. We have been working in partnership with Newark and Sherwood District Council and Affordable Warmth Solutions to bring mains gas services to all plots on Fairholme Park.

This will help make our park homes even more affordable and convenient for both current and new members of our community.

The park also benefits from all mains utilities including Superfast Broadband so you can keep up with the latest Netflix movies… or maybe an old classic if that's more your taste.
